Mortgage Avenue does not charge any fee for our services, it is absolutely free.  

In a nutshell, lenders are paying us to help you find a great home loan.

Why? Well, new customers are worth a lot to lenders. Plus, we do a lot of the heavy lifting that a lender would normally do to help you through the home loan process, so they’re willing to reimburse us for that.

But importantly – we don’t play favourites. Not only are commissions similar across the board, as mortgage brokers, we’re legally obligated to put your best interests first when recommending a home loan.

And you’ll never pay more for your loan with us vs. going direct to the lender. In fact, we can often negotiate you a better deal compared to the advertised rate.

When you go with Mortgage Avenue we are one team. our goal is to find you the right product which fits your goals. All commissions will also be disclosed in our Credit Profile and Recommendation document.
